This is a latest base training, open to paddlers who have at least attended SUP Starter Course or SUP Beginner.
This latest popular SUP Workout sessions, is a good opportunity to improve your paddling techniques, endurance, strength and have a good time bonding with our motivated friends.
***Bonus, it's an indoor and safe environment. BUT get ready for splashing fun!
We will include some fun team games and challenge to hype up at every session. Worry not, it's nothing fancy about the workout. This workout is definitely for EVERYONE! Every workout and games will be unique in every session.

-Running Shoes (if needed)

* Age Requirement: 13 and above
* Participants must not have a phobia of water.
* Participants must ensure they are fit for exercise.
* Participants must treat all equipment with care. The damage cost of equipment will be imposed if found.
