What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is a ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Plus, you will be rewarded with fun intervals workout too. We will begin with an regression pace and gradually increase the pace to progression after each rounds.
* Note: It is going to be a fun session yet a heart-pumping one too. So don't forget to bring along your sweat towel, yoga mat, workout gloves (optional) and a water bottle. There will be lots of workout movements during the workout. *
We train together, sweat together and have fun together.
** Important Note **
- Be at least 10 minutes early to be ready for the session so we will be able to start on time.
- Age requirement: 18 years and above.
- Must be certified fit/ healthy. It's a physical workout so it's important to listen to your body.
- Sports attire is compulsory. Minimalist shoes accepted.
- Treat all equipments and workout mates with care & respect.
