About the Event

Brief description on the training:

This is one of the easiest pace distance training ever. It will be the favourite to many, i hope. Trust me, you will be able to chat during the session. So it's a easy pace day, focusing on our stroke techniques and posture. Time to train for our upcoming expedition.

Workout programme will be given on the day before the session starts.

You are encouraged to bring along the following items:

1) Hydration belt or bag

2) GPS watch and HR rate monitor

3) Proper attire

Important note:

* We will gather 15 minutes early for the programme update.
