About the Event
This base training is open to paddlers who have at least attended SUP Starter Course or SUP Beginner.
Brief description on the training:
A Ladder Workout based on HR Zones. Don't worry, we will start with a slow easy pace in the beginning, then a nice burst at the end.
Workout programme will be given on the day before the session starts.
You are encouraged to bring along the following items:
1) Hydration belt or bag
2) GPS watch and HR rate monitor
3) Proper attire
* We will gather 15 minutes early for the programme update.
