About the Event
Let's work those muscle and core strength for this combo session. Don't worry, there's nothing fancy, most workout either land or open water have been taught during the previous training sessions.
For those who are new to our sessions, Not to Worry. Our regulars paddlers will be able guide you and share several fun techniques that they have learned.
You are encouraged to bring along the following items:
1) Hydration belt or bag
2) GPS watch and HR rate monitor
3) Proper attire
* We will gather 15 minutes early for the programme update.
