About the Event
This will be slow and easy group paddling targeting at HR Zone 3. Of course, there will some quick paddling strokes to make sure the blood is still flowing in your body.
This definitely going to be fun one. Workout programme will be given on the day before the session starts.
You are encouraged to bring along the following items:
1) Hydration belt or bag
2) GPS watch and HR rate monitor
3) Proper attire
