About the Event
This will be speed work. Easy to follow, but it will test your speed endurance. So go all out and see how long you can hold speed. Surprise Surprise, there will be our all time favourite buoy turns in this session. A good opportunity to make good use of all the turning techniques taught.
This definitely going to be fun one. Workout programme will be given on the day before the session starts.
You are encouraged to bring along the following items:
1) Hydration belt or bag
2) GPS watch and HR rate monitor
3) Proper attire
