Stand up paddling is a cross between canoeing and surfing. It is a sports suitable for all fitness levels. If you would like to advance your paddling techniques or improve your overall fitness, do join either our Progression Paddling or East Coast Training sessions.
East Coast Training
1 hour high intensity workout on either on water (Stand Up Paddling) or land or both. For those who have completed the progression paddling.
