Service Description
Achieved high intensity workouts in our Training program. Our goal is to make you become better and fitter everyday through the use of our varied fitness, functional movement program. Our program is measurable, observable and repeatable results. What to expect: - Cardiovascular endurance - Strength - Power - Agility - Stamina - Speed - Coordination - Balance - Flexibility - Accuracy - Expect the unexpected - Be comfortable with the uncomfortable - Lots of partner workout. Remember our motto, Stronger Together. Our sessions is open to everyone provided you meet the requirement: - Completed SUP Beginner / Starter course - Able to commit with our weekly training - Open to varied fitness Important Note: * Be there, at least 10 - 15 minutes early for equipment preparation and training briefing. To be fair and to avoid any disruption to everyone, we will start the session on time. For those who are late for more than 15 minutes, will be rejected without refund. * We prioritize safety. Anyone found not adhere to the regulation will be turn away without refund. We will NOT be liable to any injuries or mishap. So please give us your full attention. * Participants must treat all equipment with care. The damage cost of equipment will be imposed if found. * Sessions are determined by the weather. The sessions will either be postponed or cancel if it is not safe to conduct. * No last minute cancellation refund. All equipment will be assigned upon registration.
