The weekly personalised WOD are part of 3-month program, in addition to the team training. Signing for this program requires your commitment for 3 months. Personalised Workout of the Day (WOD) If you are short on time due to work commitment but you still want to be stronger, fitter and healthier, this is the suitable program for you. About the Personalised WOD: This session can be adapted to all levels of skills and fitness and covers land training only. Coach Hardi will design a personalised WOD program which can be done at your convenience. All you need is to record your workout on video and submit to Coach Hardi. He will review and give feedback on areas to improve. For Personalised WOD ($15 per session) Contact Coach Hardi to request for the weekly personalised WOD program. ( must sign up minimum 2 personalised WOD program ) Important note: * Must be able to commit for at least one personal training or 2 personalised WOD and team training per week for at least 3 months. * Bookings made are not refundable. *
Tickets are non-refundable. Session will be rescheduled if weather is not safe for SUP. We will contact you should the session be postponed.
